GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders shall be shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving said order. If, for any reason, this were not possible, you will be informed by email and provided with an estimated shipping date, especially during periods of high sales traffic.
If you wish to change the delivery address after placing the order, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, it is not possible to make any changes to the address.
Any change to the address after the order has been shipped, or any request for delivery to a different address, shall entail a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping. (5€)

RETURN POLICY
Product return THE ORIGINAL TRAVELER FOOD S.L.
(i) Right to withdrawal
The User shall have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days after product delivery to totally or partially withdraw from the purchase of the product, pursuant to applicable law.
Once this period of fourteen (14) calendar days has passed, A FUEGO CON QUIQUE DACOSTA shall not accept returns for withdrawal from product purchase.
In the event of withdrawing from the purchase of a product, the User must contact A FUEGO CON QUIQUE DACOSTA by sending an email to afuego@quiquedacosta.es.
In any case, in the event of withdrawing from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:
1) The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered and must maintain the same packaging and original labels with the safety sticker.
2) It must be returned to A FUEGO CON QUIQUE DACOSTA in the same packaging used for delivery or, if not possible, in a similar format that guarantees return of the products in perfect condition.
3) A copy of the purchase receipt and the delivery note for the products must be included inside the package, where the returned products and the reason for return are also indicated.
Returned orders must be sent to A FUEGO CON QUIQUE DACOSTA'S logistical platform, to this address: POL. IND. CAMPO ALTO C/ IRLANDA, Nº 35, 03600 ELDA ALICANTE (SPAIN)
4) The User shall undertake shipping expenses for returns if exercising their right to withdrawal.
(ii) Return of defective products or that do not match the order placed by the User
Notwithstanding all other rights to which they may be entitled, the User shall be entitled to reimbursement of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not match the order placed by the User. As an alternative to the aforementioned, the User shall be entitled to claim and receive an identical product in perfect condition.
In the event of returning defective products or products that do not match the order, the User must return them by means of the procedure set forth in section (i) above, although the User, in this case, need not undertake costs for return of said products.
Provided that the User has followed the procedure set forth in section (i) above and the requirements set forth in this section are met, A FUEGO CON QUIQUE DACOSTA shall reimburse the price paid for the returned products that are defective or do not match the product order placed by the User, pursuant to provisions in section (iii) below, or at the User's request, products shall be shipped to replace the defective products or that match the original order in the event that the wrong products were delivered.
(iii) Reimbursement of product price for the User
Provided the User has followed the procedure set forth in this section and complied with the requirements set forth therein, A FUEGO CON QUIQUE DACOSTA shall reimburse the price paid by the User for the returned products. If the user returns the products to exercise their right to withdrawal described in section (i), A FUEGO CON QUIQUE DACOSTA shall not pay or undertake return expenses and/or costs.
The User shall not be entitled to reimbursement of the price for the returned products if not in the same condition as when delivered, or when the requirements set forth here in the Return Policy have not been met.
Partial returns on an order shall entitle the User to reimbursement of the price for the product or products that have been effectively returned.
A FUEGO CON QUIQUE DACOSTA shall manage the order for the return of the money paid via the same payment system used by the User to purchase the products within a period of fourteen (14) days after collection of the returned order and once A FUEGO CON QUIQUE DACOSTA has verified that the returned products meet the requirements set forth in sections (i) and (ii) above. Application of the return of the money paid to the User's account shall depend on the banking institution.
