Before you go light a fire, remember that you can make this rice in any kitchen. If you are going to use an induction hob, you should use a suitable pan with a diffuser base so that the heat spreads equally. We recommend using a paella pan 38-42 cm in diameter.
If you do not have a paella pan, you can cook it by following the tips in the "Other Cooking Options" section.
