Wood-smoked Arroz Albufera (Albufera Rice). Slow-cooked broth with carefully selected regional products, A fuego (With Fire). Each box contains all the products you need to prepare rice with ribs for 4 people in just 20 minutes.
The pack includes a wood-smoked bag of Valencia Albufera rice, a jar with slow-cooked homemade broth, and a second jar with the ingredients you need to cook rice with ribs, mushrooms, and vegetables at home.

Water, pork rib (13%), chicken, mushroom mixture (7%), baby beans (6%), red pepper (2%), meat broth (chicken, pork, beef, rabbit, ham bone, garlic, carrot, salt) parsley, celery, ñora (red pepper variety), fried tomato (tomato, tomato concentrate, olive oil, sugar, salt), spice blend, olive oil, natural flavors.

Arroz Albufera (Albufera Rice) (D.O. Valencia)

Before you go light a fire, remember that you can make this rice in any kitchen. If you are going to use an induction hob, you should use a suitable pan with a diffuser base so that the heat spreads equally.

PAELLA

We recommend using a paella pan 38-42 cm in diameter.

  1. Shake both cans gently.
  2. Pour the contents of the 2 cans into a 38-42cm paella pan.
  3. Heat on the gas/induction/ceramic burner, gently stirring until it reaches a boil.
  4. Add the contents of the wood-smoked rice (400g), sift to homogenize, and cook on low heat for 3 min.
  5. Cook on low heat and at a low boil for approximately 14 min.
  6. Turn up the heat for the last 2 minutes to obtain the socarrat bottom crust.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

IN THE OVEN

  1. Shake both cans gently.
  2. Pour the contents of the 2 cans into a pot.
  3. Heat on the induction/ceramic burner, gently stirring until it reaches a boil.
  4. Add the contents of the wood-smoked rice bag (400g), sift to homogenize, and when it starts to boil, keep it on high for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the contents of the pot to the oven tray, preheated at 230 degrees, carefully spreading out all the ingredients.
  6. Keep in the oven for 16 minutes.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

The recipes for our A Fuego rice dishes are designed to be cooked for four people. But in this video, Quique Dacosta explains how to make them for just two people. The secret is easy: all you need to do is divide the rice, the broth, and the ingredients in half, and then add a bit of water. But watch the video. Quique always explains it better.
